Nice early start for the trip over to Derbyshire and the weekly light commercial vehicle auction at Measham.

Get there to find a smaller than usual sale, with roughly 225 units on offer. A typical summer attendance for a sale that was 'live on line' and only had Lex Autolease as the major vendor attraction.

A good cross-selection of vehicles on offer, but noticeable again how many high spec 4x4s being pushed through. The growing numbers are not helping this sector and again it's only those in top condition that are catching the eye.

A small selection of ex-British Gas vans were offered late on in the day. The superior spec on the BG stock always makes them a sound proposition and was noticeable by the hardy souls that hung around at the end to get the best of these.
