Down west to see someone, but checking up on the over-age/didn't sell section. Much as at the VWFS sale, there was a good bit of interest for the occasional low-mileage car, but not much enthusiasm for the standard stuff. And there's still noticeably more demand for anything high-spec, and if it's high spec with extras so much the better!

And the dealers round here are still saying it's OK - not great, but they're ticking over. The older hands are still saying it's a normal summer: it's just been so long since we've had one of those ...
